“We have recently
discovered the Pegasus Therapy Laser. We are so excited about the recent
results from this laser that we wanted to share our story with everyone.
The laser speaks for itself, and we are grateful for this new technology.
Our
horse, TC Laser Beam has been bothered all racing season by soreness in
both front fetlocks. We have seen slight degenerative joint changes which
are visible upon radiographic examination. Throughout this 2006 season,
we have kept our horse racing sound with intra-articular injections of
Hylauronic acid.
Two days before a recent race in October, after jogging, our horse exhibited
soreness upon flexion of both front fetlocks. We decided to administer
an initial laser treatment from the Pegasus Therapy Laser which we had
learned about from an old friend who is a veterinarian. He performed the
treatment and told us that he had administered twelve hundred joules of
energy to each fetlock and surrounding anatomical area, while the joints
were placed through range of motion exercises.
Twenty four hours after this initial treatment, we noticed an improvement
as TC Laser Beam had a greater range of motion within both fetlocks and
was pain free upon flexion. TC Laser Beam then received a second laser
treatment.
On the day of the race, both fetlocks were Pain Free upon flexion and
our horse warmed up extremely well. Out of the 4th post position, TC Laser
Beam went to the front end of the field and never looked back. He was
challenged at the final turn but when asked, he easily pulled away at
the lead wire to win the race! Thank you Pegasus Therapy Laser!”
